Roles At Joyful Impact ABA
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
As an RBT at Joyful Impact ABA, you’ll work directly with children to support their communication, social development, and daily living skills through engaging, evidence-based sessions. Under the guidance of a BCBA, you’ll bring energy, patience, and care to each session, tracking progress and celebrating every step forward. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with kids and are ready to make a meaningful impact through hands-on learning and play.
